Reiki cannot be manipulated, it will flow where is most needed. Reiki is a safe and non invasive treatment. Most people experience a warmth from the hands, others feel a cooling.
I was taught "Traditional Reiki" with personal attunements from my Reiki Master.

Wear comfortable clothes as the Reiki goes through the clothes. You get to rest on a massage table in a position that is most comfortable for you.
During the session you may want to chat, ask question or go to sleep. I ask that you not to meditate or do any other form of self help as you have come to receive, not to do.
After the session, I
