Craniosacral therapy (or CST) is a non-invasive, manual therapy performed on the head, skull and sacrum.
It involves light, “barely noticeable” adjustments, which is why CST is referred to as a “subtle therapy.”
The underlying belief behind CST is that the human body is capable of self-healing, given the right tools and circumstances.

Relieve compression in the bones of head, sacrum and spinal column.
Release of tissue and bone restrictions, improving mobility.
Improve energy flow.
Motor co-ordination difficulties
